Innovation Award 2026 jury expanded with two new members

The jury of the Recharge Earth Innovation Award 2026 is being further strengthened. In addition to jury chair Marjolein Bot, Nancy Kabalt-Groot and Marinus Boogert have joined as jury members.

With their arrival, the jury is expanded with additional expertise at the intersection of energy transition, innovation, and financing.

Nancy Kabalt-Groot is a partner at Windkracht 5 and active as a board member and supervisor in the energy sector. She focuses on challenges related to the energy transition, sustainable mobility, and strategic organizational development. Previously, she served as CEO of Stedin and held leadership positions at Alliander and Nuon.

Marinus Boogert is Team Lead Energy Transition Business Development at Invest-NL. He works on accelerating the energy transition by connecting innovative companies and projects with financing and partners. His focus is on scalable solutions in renewable energy, electrification, and system integration.

Under the leadership of Marjolein Bot, Program Director of System Integration at Topsector Energie, the jury will assess submissions based on criteria such as innovation, impact, and business case. With experience at Deloitte, Shell, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, she brings deep expertise in strategy and system transformation within the energy transition.

We look forward to working with these jury members and to the innovations they will evaluate this year.
