Location and accessibility
The congress takes place in the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC).
Rotterdam Ahoy is located closeby the highway and metro- and busstations Zuidplein.
Public transportation
Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by bus, metro and train. The Ahoy Arena is located at a 5 minute walk from metro station and bus stop Zuidplein. Make sure the credit on your OV-chipcard is upgraded and don't forget to check out on your way back. Plan your journey by public transport here.
From the airport
Rotterdam Ahoy is less than an hour's drive from Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and Rotterdam The Hague Airport. From both airports you can travel quickly and comfortably by public transport and by car to Ahoy.
Parking
Rotterdam Ahoy's car parks have space for 2,000 vehicles. Cars can be parked all day for € 19.00.
Restaurants at Rotterdam Ahoy
It goes without saying that no day or evening is complete without good food and drink. At Rotterdam Ahoy there are two restaurants where foodies can sit back and enjoy culinary delights before, during and/or after an event. Our caterers, also known as The Flavour of Ahoy, prepare superb snacks, culinary treats and healthy meals and we serve a wide choice of accompanying beverages.

Are you unable to attend?
One of your colleagues can take your place without any extra charges. If that’s not possible, you can cancel up to 30 days before the congress and get back 50% of your pay, if you cancel after that, you will not receive any money back. If you register within 30 days before the congress, no refunds will be possible.
The new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre
The state-of-the-art congress centre combines 35 rooms, an impressive auditorium (RTM Stage) with 2,863 seats, beautiful foyers and exhibition spaces. The auditorium can even be expanded to an XL version for 4,000 but Ahoy is also perfect for smaller meetings The rooms on the second and third floors all vary in all different sizes. The RACC is directly connected to the exhibition and event halls and the Ahoy Arena.
