Practical information Recharge Earth

In just a few days, the time has come! On Wednesday, September 6th, and Thursday, September 7th, Rotterdam Ahoy will open its doors at 8:30 AM for the third edition of Recharge Earth.

We are really looking forward to meeting you. In this email, you will find important information about your visit.

1. Digital access pass

You can find your personal QR code for access in the digital environment of Recharge Earth. You have received an invitation via email with a link to this digital environment.

Your QR code will be scanned at the registration desk on the second floor, and you will receive your access badge. The QR code will be scanned on both days, even if you already have your badge on the second day.

2. Arrive on time!

You are warmly welcome from 8:30 AM onwards. Coffee will be served at the Congres Expo, and you can meet other attendees and Recharge Earth partners.

At 9:30 AM, Berend Potjer, Deputy for Energy & Climate, Nature & Biodiversity, Environmental Policy, and Communication from the province of South Holland, will inaugurate the conference. Following that, the session "Progress through Choices" will take place, where moderator Diana Matroos will engage in a conversation with energy leaders:

3. Prepare for your visit
In addition to your QR code for access, you can also view, modify, compile your personal program, and chat and schedule appointments with other attendees in the digital environment.

Prepare for your visit:

- Ensure you don't miss your favorite sessions and create your personal program for each day in the digital environment. Breakout sessions and roundtable discussions have limited availability, so make your choices in advance.

- Start networking: You can chat and arrange meetings with other conference attendees through the "Participants" section in the digital environment.

4. Networking during lunch & drinks
In addition to the extensive conference program, there will be ample opportunities to network during coffee breaks, lunch, and networking receptions. Lunch will be provided for you on both days from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Congres Expo.

The networking reception starts at 5:00 PM on Wednesday and at 4:45 PM on Thursday. Lunch and snacks at the reception are vegetarian. The reception will feature lively musical accompaniment, making it a delightful conclusion!

5. Accessibility & Parking

Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible by bus, metro, and train. The conference center is a 5-minute walk from the Zuidplein metro station and bus stop. Plan your public transportation journey here.
